Food that are of high quality and safe to consume are imperative to our business, thus we are in compliance with the most stringent standard of quality and safety.
Our poultry farms are spread across a large geographical area to prevent spread of diseases. Within the farms, we continually convert farm infrastructures into a closed-house system, reducing the risk of infectious diseases.
Across the board, in our operations and processes, we adhere to international guidelines and governmental regulations to ensure quality and safety:
We practise strict bio-security, good animal husbandry and veterinary health programmes in all the poultry farms. We have fulfilled Department of Veterinary Services and Malaysian Good Agricultural Practices (MyGAP) Requirements for Livestock.
We follow strictly the reference standard of “MS 1480:2007 Food Safety” under the Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) System and the Malaysia Food Act (1983) and Food Regulation (1985).
We are committed to ensuring that our further processed food products are Halal and are strictly in compliance to the reference standard of “MS 1500:2009” of Department of Standards Malaysia. We are awarded with the certificate of Halal by Jabatan Kemajuan Islam Malaysia (JAKIM).
As part of our Quality Assurance Policy, we have a fully equipped in-house laboratory which is used to check the quality of in-coming raw materials to factories as well as the finished products before they are packed and ready to be sent to customers.
We comply with Sirim Qas International Quality Management System requirements ISO 9001 : 2015 for Farm’s Best Products.
We comply with Food Safety System Certificates 22000 for its slaughtering facility in Kedah and further processed products factory in Kuala Lumpur.
